Manuela Palermo, Broker of Record, holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business specializing in Finance and Accounting. Beginning her career as a Financial Planner with TD Waterhouse Wealth Management. During this time, she also started in property management for a commercial real estate portfolio managing over 20 commercial properties with a value of over $35 million. In 2007 Manuela received her Real Estate license and, shortly after that, obtained her Brokers license.  She holds considerable knowledge and experience with commercial land, commercial retail, commercial leasing, and residential apartment buildings.

In 2018 Manuela opened a boutique luxury Real Estate brokerage.  Shortly after, she was appointed as a Board of Director for the King Chamber of Commerce and has served on that board for 4 years.  Manuela also serves on two Commercial Condominium Boards, providing strategic guidance and leadership as a member of the board, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, bylaws, and regulations. 

In her various roles as a Board Director, she diligently oversees and participates in key decision-making processes, ranging from financial management and budget planning to maintenance and improvement initiatives. By leveraging her strategic thinking and analytical skills, Manuela helps shape policies and guidelines that promote long-term sustainability and enhancement in the communities she serves.

Having gained invaluable experience in the real estate industry, Manuela possesses a comprehensive understanding of property management practices, legal compliance, and commercial real estate. This expertise enables her to navigate complex issues and mediate conflicts with a balanced and objective perspective, ensuring fairness and transparency in all undertakings.
